Gene Expression Analysis Space      

		Microarray is used for assays where the sample number is limited to 1-10 and the targets are not yet characterized. This is quite often the first step before running focused assays with limited target selection and multiple assay conditions and sample types. TRAC is ideal for screening larger sample numbers with high multiplexing target selection. TRAC can be used for hundreds or thousands of samples in single project where there are 5-30 targets. Conventional q-PCR is usable for assays where only 1-5 targets are investigated and the same targets are analyzed from ten to couple hundred samples in one project.
